Why it matters
Every stakeholder arrives with their own logic, injunctions and history. A clinician, an engineer, a policymaker, an investor and a patient share neither the same priorities, the same constraints, nor the same language. Add the absence of a governance model fit for so many actors, and even interoperable technical systems are not enough: a project fails if its stakeholders are not aligned.
Bridgital Health acts as a catalyst: as orchestrator, we initiate the alignment, but the goal is for it to become sustainable and hold on its own, beyond our intervention.

A diagnostic of a project's human risks before investing further. We assess how prepared and aligned the stakeholders really are. Deliverable: a readiness report with prioritised recommendations.
Expert Dialogue Cycle
Structured dialogue cycles, under anonymity, to surface the ground truth and the real points of friction. Deliverable: a synthesis of convergences and weak signals.
Stakeholder Engagement Plan
The stakeholder engagement plan required by international funders (World Bank, AFD). Deliverable: a standardised document, ready to attach to a funding file.
Strategic Intelligence Cycle
